Disney Store Century City and The New Shop Disney!
We were at Disneyland exactly two months ago and I’m having epic withdrawals. Trying to see with our crazy schedule if we can squeeze in a Disney run. Here’s the deal, we love Disneyland and are a Disney family, so not going at least once a month is a bummer. When I received the invitation to attend the opening of Disney Store in Century City, I immediately perked up. I’m so grateful that this Disney store is exactly 10 minutes away because we will be there once a week! The store is magnificent, in my eyes it should be there flagship store. Walking in and taking the store in, it’s magical, as if pixie dust was sprinkled all over. It’s light, airy, and inviting. The wall facing towards the mall is actually a big screen that airs Disneyland parades, LIVE!!! You guys, we were watching the parade and I started dancing in the store. My kiddo ran up to the screen, touching it, pointing at Ariel and Ursula, thinking he could probably teleport himself there, technology is remarkable. If you haven’t been to the Disney store in Century City, you must go, no ifs ands or butts, make the time and go. “‘Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.” – Lilo & Stitch...This is exactly how you feel when you’re in the Disney Store Century City, there’s something for everyone, all are welcome and most importantly your childs imagination can run free. It also feels like home for me because our favorite manager from Sherman Oaks moved over to Century City, say hi to Topher while you’re in there, he’s exactly what Disney embodies, magic. Take a look at the touch screen they have available for the kids, why wasn't this around when I was a kid?

Okay Shop Disney, TAKE MY MONEY, here you go! OMG look at these stunning pieces from Alex and Ani or the Bambi Dooney and Bourke tote. My birthday is coming up, the tote is on my wish list! Make your way to the Century City to discover all the marvelous wonders in holds. With cast members and characters engaging with guests in a variety of interactive experiences such as opening the store each day with a special Welcome Celebration, learning and play activities in the stores’ Play Room as well as personalized celebrations for any guest. To reiterate because this because it blew me away...The most spectacular experiences take place each afternoon when guests gather to watch the parade stream ‘LIVE from Disney Parks’ and every evening before store closing when a specially created digital fireworks display is shown on the giant storefront screen. Lol, if I could go there everyday, I would but I don’t want to scare the cast members, lol. See you at Century City x
