Keeping Up With The Joneses Red Carpet!
BelAirMommie was invited to the Red Carpet premiere of Keeping Up with the Joneses at Fox Studios! Our lovely contributor Madde attended with her husband Jeff, to say they gave Jon Hamn and Gal Gadot a run for their money in the Spie-ist on-screen couple is an understatement. The Red Carpet was glistening with all the star power in attendance that night. Gracing the Red Carpet we had Director, Greg Mottola, Writer Michael LeSieur, Producers Laurie Macdonald, Walter F. Parkes and the big screen Actors Zach Galifianakis, Jon Hamm, Isla Fisher, Gal Gadot and so much more.
Madde and Jeff not only walked the red carpet but were privy to viewing the movie with the stars, afterwards they partied it up with the actors and actresses themselves, it doesn't get any better than this! Spoiler Alert**** In the movie Zack and Isla character throw a “Junetoberfest” for the neighborhood, tonights party was the “Junetoberfest” LIVE, celebrating with new friends and old! WOW, The “backyard” party was unlike any party you’ve attended. The ground was covered with faux plush grass, beautiful wooden bench tables with stunning daisy centerpieces, food spread out and lights suspended in the air, magically lighting up the sky. “Junetoberfest” wouldn’t be complete without German Beer and pretzels. It was a grownups backyard party, no kids, so you know all sorts of shenanigans were going to occur especially having Sacha Baron Cohen and Zach Galifianakis under the moonlit sky.
The following day Madde had the pleasure of interviewing the cast and what a wonderful experience that was. Here's an inside scoop, Zack was sent a private car to pick him up however he declined and took his scooter! How can you not love this man, now whenever I’m driving you’ll see me peeking at scooters to see if I can find Zach. The highlight of the interviews for me was when I heard Isla and Gal brought their children to the hotel while they were being interviewed, I can't emphasize how much this warms my heart. As a mom, sometimes it's necessary to bring our little ones, this just shows that no matter how powerful you are, what you have at your disposal, you never stop being a mom. Knowing that these two women who are mega stars, are just like you and I, I have so much respect for them. The consensus from the talent, which was obvious by all their mischief during the interviews, was that they were ecstatic to do a comedy and working with each other was a hoot. I could only imagine all the comical moments that occurred off screen. Thank you to 20th Century Fox and everyone involved in Keeping Up with the Joneses for such a remarkable event and hilarious movie.
