All Star Chef Classics Little Masters is perfection! Presented by Le Creuset, featuring All Star Chef Sherry Ward (*more talented to be announced) is a morning of fun, excitement and confidence builder for your little one! You’ll take pride seeing your little chef in their chef's hat, apron, gathering their ingredients and following instructions to create their masterpiece. The earlier you’re able to expose your little one to cooking, the sooner they will learn an essential life skill. What a better place than the All Star Chef Classic Little Master Class, where everything is fun, full of life, never a dull moment and led by a master chef! It’s hard to imagine that teaching a three year old how to break an egg could result in culinary protege, but kids often become quite talented in the kitchen. This could be a start of something miraculous or the very least they’re learning good eating habits.

All Star Chef Classics Little Masters state-of-the-art venue is the center of the action, bringing fans 'kitchen-side' in an intimate VIP setting, where they can be as close to the action as possible without being in the heat of the kitchen. Restaurant Stadium transforms from kitchen to classroom twice on March 11th as 200 kids learn to cook alongside celebrities and chefs in this hands-on class. Hosted by award-winning pastry chef, Sherry Yard. Let me tell you, you want to be here, the excitement, energy and hearing all the kids laughing and singing, it was amazing. Last year our entire side broke out singing when the Frozen theme song came on. I was overcome with emotion, watching the kids belt out the tunes and my little one chiming in was stupendous.

Little Masters is so much more than a few hours of fun, they’re learning that spending time in the kitchen builds confidence. Kids thrive on feeling accomplished, they want to share their masterpiece with you. Cooking is an ideal way to boost self-worth and teach responsibility. There’s nothing more prideful than watching your child proudly serve their food to others. Last year we had the privilege of attending and seeing the glee in my little ones eyes as he was tossing the pizza dough in the air was exhilarating.

I know for us, we learned that preparing meals together means quality time for us. Dialogue is created, we’re talking about vegetables that’s needed, mixing and measuring but most importantly, he’s in charge in the kitchen, my little one plans out the meal and tells me what’s needed. He preps, I cook, teamwork. When you cook with children when they’re young it allows an opportunity to communicate with them on a regular basis. Our time chatting and cooking in the kitchen together becomes even more important as they reach the adolescent and teenage years. Not only are the lines of communication open but you're teaching science, language, counting, fractions, budgeting, weighing, sequencing, measuring, problem-solving, sharing, fine motor skills, reader, and learning about other cultures- to name just a few important things!
