Return of the Mac and Hollywood Darlings.

Growing up my room was plastered with posters of Lance Bass, Joey Lawrence and I was glued to Full House and Step by Step. If you were to add a soundtrack to my childhood it would be New Kids On The Block. So being on the red carpet to celebrate these wonderful actors and actress from my generation was uber exciting. My inner child was screaming while my adult self was calm. Gracing the carpet Jodie Sweetin, Beverly Mitchell, Christine Lakin, Joey Mcintyre, Andree Keegan, brothers Lance, Matthew and Joey Bass and many more. The running theme during the red carpet interviews, they were all excited and grateful to be working together. Most importantly they knew that every step that they had taken had brought them to this very point. Find your tribe and love them hard, they're the ones who will hold your hand when you’re down and they are the ones who will lift you when you need a cheerleader. Can’t say enough about them, their show and the energy that they brought. I will say that you have to watch Hollywood Darlings at 8:00 PM, ET/PT, followed by Joey McIntyre, RETURN OF THE MAC at 8:30 PM, ET/PT starting April 12th!

RETURN OF THE MAC will feature series stars and executive producers Donnie Wahlberg (New Kids on the Block, BLUE BLOODS) and Jenny McCarthy ("Singled Out"), as well as guest appearances by Joey Lawrence ("Melissa and Joey," "Boy Meets World"), Joey Fatone (*NSYNC), Chris Kirkpatrick (*NSYNC), January Jones ("Mad Men"), Jack Osbourne ("The Osbournes"), Aisha Tyler (THE TALK, "Ghost Whisperer"), David Koechner ("Anchorman"), and Gilles Marini ("Sex and the City"). RETURN OF THE MAC is a scripted comedy starring boy band heartthrob Joey McIntyre as a version of himself alongside his real-life family - wife Barrett and their three children, Griffin (8), Rhys (6) and Kira (5). As he embarks on a hilarious quest to be taken seriously as a legit actor, Joey is thrown into the reluctant role of a talk show host at a fledgling cable network called The Comfy Channel. As Joey starts to navigate THE TALK show circuit, he is joined by his often misguided manager and team played by a hysterical cast, including Adam Ray, Jamie Denbo, Katie Wee, Punam Patel and Jordan Black.

Jodie Sweetin (“Full House”), Beverley Mitchell (“7th Heaven”) and Christine Lakin (“Step By Step”), have reunited and it feels so good. Now the three 30-something pals , who grew up together as child stars in the business are taking their friendship to the small screen in the new comedy series “Hollywood Darlings,” premiering Wednesday at 8 p.m. on Pop. In the eight-episode comedy, which was created by Jimmy Fox, the stars play exaggerated versions of themselves and episodes are loosely scripted, with dialogue improvised within their scenes. Some plots are drawn from their current lives as mothers, they wanted people to realize this is not their real life, it’s not reality. They wanted it to be very fun, ridiculous, over-the-top-silly.

Pop Tv fans don’t sit at the outskirts of pop culture making snarky comments. They live right smack in the middle of it, sharing, creating, and connecting their passions with others. At Pop, fans finally have a destination that celebrates the fun of being a fan. Fans aren’t even fans anymore – they’re gladiators, tributes, human beings and blockheads. Seen in more than 80 million homes, Pop gives fans a dedicated channel that loves being a fan as much as they do. A channel that respects talent over celebrity. A channel filled with optimism, passion, humor, and excitement. A channel that understands the fun doesn’t stop when the credits roll… it’s really just the beginning.
