Zimmer Museum's We All Play FUNdraiser!

Zimmer Museum's We All Play FUNdraiser was action pack and an absolutely amazing FUNdraiser. Zimmer Museum definitely put the FUN in Fundraiser in every way. Our day was filled with different excursions. We took pictures with Mr. Potato Head, and Hatchimal. Babyganics whom I love was there to educate us on the importance of sunscreen, the Bling2o selfie station was off the hook and they had the cutest goggles! Our little ones had a chance to get creative with Do A Dot, the iScreams rainbow donut wall decked out with DKs Donuts and designed by Party Layne was magical and delicious. Mr. Potato Head print shop had our little ones engaged, Prep for med school now with a toy hospital from Three Mommy Doctors, Pacidose, and Boy Story dolls! Bounced around on Farm Hoppers, the petting zoo had real life puppies from Wags and Walks and they had a puppy kissing booth. We decorated cookies with Foodstirs, enjoyed performances in the Sagepole teepee lounge and went on ride on the wild side with Micro Kickboard and that's barely touching the tip of the iceberg. All this and more at one event!

The Zimmer Children’s Museum cultivates brave and generous thinkers. Through immersive play and real-world activism, they guide children and youth to recognize injustice and possibility within their communities and beyond, and to take meaningful, collaborative and collective action to create a better future. This is so important, I learned later on in life the importance of our community, this is why I joined our Neighborhood City Council, I can make a difference for my child and other children. Attending Zimmer Children’s Museum will allow your child to learn that they are important, their voice can be heard and one decision has a ripple effect in our community no matter how small or big, they make a difference.

The Zimmer has two main program initiatives: a children’s museum for 0-8 year olds and youTHink, a creative youth development program for middle and high school students. The museum offers 10,000 square feet of discovery-based exhibits and more than 20 classes and public programs each week in art, music & movement, cross-cultural exchange, school readiness, early childhood education and five foreign languages.

youTHink empowers youth to make a difference in their lives and communities through arts-based classroom lessons and a range of arts and youth leadership programs after school hours. These programs epower youth to find their voice, develop their critical thinking skills, engage in creative and meaningful extracurricular activities, and take positive action for social change. Learn more about youTHink HERE.

Proceeds support the Zimmer's Family Access Program of the We All Play Initiative, which ensures ALL children, families, and schools can learn and play at the Zimmer! Please consider giving the gift of play to Zimmer Children’s Museum.
