Here Comes Santa HQ to Lakewood Center, The Oaks and Cerritos Mall
Thank you Oaks Mall for inviting us to Santa's Headquarters, we had such a blast. When you first walk in, your little one stands on a meter that lights up and lets them know if they've been naughty or nice. Thank goodness my little one came up on the good list and magically his name appeared on the nice list. After much rejoicing about being on the nice list we were then taken into a room where you can make a video of yourself as a dancing elf. Which has to be the sweetest thing ever, it's hilarious to see your face on a tiny elf dancing. After all our fun from taking a peak at Santa's toys, arriving at the North Pole, checking out Santa's observatory, we saw Santa. The man himself, with all his jolly glory, gives a heartfelt welcome. Mamas it's such a heart warming moment to see your little ones face light up when they see Santa. You have got to visit HGTV Santa Hq!
Los Cerritos Center, Thousand Oaks Mall and Lakewood Mall in partnership with HGTV, is hosting the North Pole’s most prominent resident at ‘Santa HQ.’ Families are encouraged to partake in an interactive, digital experience at Santa’s workshop.
Santa HQ incorporates a traditional Santa experience with an augmented reality environment and captivating social media experience. Upon entering Santa HQ, kids will instantly learn if they are on Santa’s naughty or nice list after being “scanned” by the Naughty or Nice O’Meter and spend time at an observatory to catch a glimpse of Santa’s remarkable world through the miracle of Elf-Ray Vision tablets and much more.
Early Bird photo packages are also available starting at $39.99. As an added bonus, guests can start to make reservations with the man of the hour starting October 1, 2017 by visiting www.santa-hq.com.
Shoppers also are invited to bring in an unwrapped toy and participate in Help Through Holiday Giving. Los Cerritos Center hopes to gather enough toys to beat last year’s ABC7 Spark-Of-Love Stuff-A-Bus Toy Drive record of 10 commuter buses. All toys will be donated to Spark-Of-Love on December 1. The first 200 guests to donate a new or unwrapped toy at the Spark-of-Love Stuff-A-Bus Toy Drive will be invited to participate in Santa HQ’s Silent Night Disco. Wearing wireless headphones to listen to upbeat music, participants will dance to two battling DJs.
In partnership with spcaLA, four legged friends are invited to take a photo with Santa. For every photo package purchased, $3 will be donated to support the mission of the spcaLA.
Wishing for more jingle this holiday season? On Black Friday (November 24), random lucky shoppers will be surprised with a promotional gift card at the Santa HQ set as part of the Spreading Holiday Cheer.
