Thank you Paramount Pictures for inviting me to the release event of Instant Family DVD and Blu-ray release date for March 5, 2019, and available on Digital HD from Amazon Video and iTunes on February 19, 2019.
I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Gustavo Quiroz Jr. and Julianna Gamiz for a quick interview regarding Instant Family DVD. Catch the interview on my Instagram page.
Instant Family is about a couple who decide to adopt a child, this “story” is not far fetched, the Director of the movie adopted his children and this is where his inspiration arose from. What’s great about Instant Family Movie is that they have connected with Kidsave. Kidsave is an organization that helps place foster children with potential parents. We attended Instant Family red carpet event this past weekend at Paramount Studios for Kidsave. On the red carpet, we spoke with Tig Notaro, Julie Hagerty, and Director Sean Anders. Check out the interviews on our Podcast, #NoJudgement Pod.
At the event children were there bonding with potential parents, it was the greatest sight to see, children receiving the love and attention that they need. As a mom, it breaks my heart to know that there are over 19,000 children in foster care. These children need homes, if you have it in your heart and home to adopt a child, please take a moment and reach out to Kidsave. Pick up your copy today of Instant Family, I promise you’ll laugh till your belly hurts!
When Pete (Mark Wahlberg) and Ellie (Rose Byrne) decide to start a family, they stumble into the world of foster care adoption. They hope to take in one small child but when they meet three siblings, including a rebellious 15 year old girl (Isabela Moner), they find themselves speeding from zero to three kids overnight. Now, Pete and Ellie must hilariously try to learn the ropes of instant parenthood in the hopes of becoming a family. INSTANT FAMILY is inspired by the real events from the life of writer/director Sean Anders and also stars Octavia Spencer, Tig Notaro and Margo Martindale.
