I cannot wait to open our Asian Street Eats location at Downtown Disney District, following on the success of LAX, and I anticipate rapid growth going forward for this concept.”

“When Robert Earl approached me with his ideas for new concepts highlighting Asian flavors I was instantly intrigued,” said Chef Hung. “I love his enthusiasm and his vision and knew that we would make a great team. I’m excited to get our first restaurants open and look forward to working with the team at Earl Enterprises.”
