Christopher Chacon is a Writer, Director and Producer for television, film and theatrical productions, most-notably the Creator/Showrunner of the scripted TV series, "PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal", starring Dan Aykroyd, Michael Moriarity and Matt Frewer, completing 88 episodes that are broadcast in over 30 countries. Chacon is also an accomplished professional Magician/Illusionist that started practicing magic at the age of four, performing to international audiences by the time he was in college.

In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Chacon is a world-renowned Anomalist, Parapsychologist, UFOlogist and regarded as one of the world's foremost authorities on the scientific exploration of supernatural, paranormal and anomalous phenomena, occult/metaphysics and mysticism. For nearly forty years, Chacon has traveled the world extensively investigating and researching thousands of cases dealing with possessions and exorcisms, haunts and poltergeists, psychic phenomena and altered states of consciousness (including clairvoyance, psychokinesis, near death experiences, reincarnation, etc.), UFO/alien close encounters, unexplainable anomalous phenomena (including everything from raining frogs to spontaneous human combustion to distortions in space and time) and unknown lifeforms/creatures (cryptids). He has additionally participated on countless international expeditions involving ancient mysticism, the occult and archaeological discoveries relating to the supernatural.

In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
